Em Dash & The Mood Blocks - Skill Builder BOM: February/FMQ


FMQ is now complete on my two February Skill Builder BOM blocks.

I've decided to keep the background quilting the same across all the blocks to give the quilt some sense of continuity.  Flicked through numerous books for fmq inspiration but, as always, came back to Free-Motion Quilting with Angela Walters - that girl can quilt!  If you're not familiar with Angela's quilting, check out my blog post about Tula Pink's Trunk Show that I attended last year - Angela quilts all of Tula's quilts, and they're absolutely amazing! Angela also blogs at Quilting Is My Therapy.


So here are my 2 blocks:

Em Dash & The Mood Blocks - Skill Builder BOM: February/Basic Piecing and Bias Sewing


I was starting to think I'd never get up-to-date with the Skill Builder BOM; there's been so much going on here, but I've had a couple of free days, so with a bit of cutting and piecing, I'm all ready now to fmq.  So with no more ado, here are the February blocks:
