High Tide - Laminated Washbag Duo

Laminated Washbag by www.madebyChrissieD.com

It's been a while since I made a laminated washbag but guess what, having taught this as a class many, many times, it was just like riding a bike.  In fact, I made not one but two matching washbags this weekend.

The outer laminate is High Tide by Andover Fabrics and inside I've used a black and white dotty laminate that's been in my stash for some time, I've no idea who the designer is.

Totally loving that aqua zipper and top stitching, that colour really sings and... what about the zipper charms I've added?   I got these from BodoboBags, irresistible?  I think so. I discovered BodoboBags when I reviewed a fabric subscription box for Cotton Cuts and there was a zipper charm included. I was hooked and just may have bought quite a lot of charms from Natalie since then.

Of course, I added my small label to the washbags too.

I always think a washbag needs a tissue case...

...so I made a couple of those as well.

The best thing about laminated washbags is that they can be wiped clean, inside and out and they protect your suitcase or travel bag from accidental spills.
