Last week Windham Fabrics sent me the cutest Curious Dream FQ bundle by Angela Pingel of Cut to Pieces so I could make something to share for the December fabric release blog hop.
Here's Windham's description of the collection:
Jump down the rabbit hole with Angela Pingel's debut collection, Curious Dream. Inspired by the whimsy of Alice's adventures through Wonderland and the Looking Glass, this collection calls to the dreamer in all of us... Delivery to stores December 2016.
151 years since the first Alice book was published on 26 November 1865, the book is as popular as ever and was a favourite of my childhood fifty something years ago.
When I shared the above pic with my mbCD News readers last week I said,
It's Alice in Wonderland inspired but not in an obvious way - only one fabric features styled 'Alice' images (above on the right) and another design is based on Alice text (centre top row). It's a great collection of prints that would mix and match well with other fabric designs too.
Here's a link to Windham's fabric gallery for the collection and there's this great Look Book to drool over. Angela gave me permission to share some of the photos from the Look Book photo shoot with you, these are my favourites.

I'm using all 21 fabrics in the collection to showcase my 35" square Hand Tied Snuggly Quilt Pattern. Previously I've worked the quilt in flannels so it's fun to get to show you how it works in quilting weight cotton.
