I was torn when it came to deciding on my second entry for the Blogger's Quilt Festival this fall. I thought about entering Woven - my textile art quilt but I've made the choice and gone with my Hand Tied Flannel Snuggly.
What made me uncertain about entering this is that I've only just posted about it so apologies to those who are seeing it again so quickly but for everyone else there's lots more photos and quilt details here in my original blog post.
I made this snuggly quilt for my first grandchild, Oliver, born (almost) 5 weeks ago. I took it over to him in Seville, Spain and am thrilled that it's already a firm favourite. Just look at the pic my DIL, Ana, sent me this week, he's giving her a cheeky peek-a-boo smile on her birthday!!!

I've entered my Hand Tied Flannel Snuggly in the Mini Quilt category (quilts measuring no more than 80" around), which is perfect as it's a 20" square.
From 1 November through to 7 November you can cast your votes and the winners are announced on 8 November.
Once voting opens to place a vote click through here to the category, locate the white heart in the top right corner of the pic of the quilt you want to vote for; click on it so it turns red; you've placed your vote.
